Request a room adjustment if air conditioning isn't working effectively during cooler months. It can significantly enhance your comfort.

The rooms were new-fashioned and had an exceptional view out to the well keep garden. The location was great and nearby an underground station.

exceptional location of the hotel, close to the shopping street, next to the metro and next to the most prestigious hotels. views from the room on the 16th floor I think are among the best you can get in this city. attention of the personnel was exquisite, in the concierge's office they advised us perfectly on everything that we asked, even they took care of taking out the tickets of the opera and theater of the acrobatics, on having requested us a taxi-car to go to the theater one of the girls paid her personally the uber and we paid it to him later.
noise of the air conditioning. It's bearable during the day but at night it's a nightmare. we commented on it we were offered to change to another room but the noise was the same and even greater in one of the rooms we were shown, it seems that this is how it works in that hotel. space where the breakfast is made is a bit overwhelming, although they open three different spaces, tables are very close together and breakfast (rich) exhibition takes up very little space.

The location is superb, with easy access to the subway and major attractions. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Some language barriers and service inconsistencies were evident, particularly with dining options. A commendable experience with just a few areas for improvement.

Very nice rooms -- styling and comfortable. Attentive service.
Food at the buffet/lounge was not so great. Somewhat stale and way overpriced. The food at the restaurants was considerably better. Also the prices at the spa were 4x higher than what you could find outside the hotel.

the room is very nice and its really luxury.. the stuffs are friendlly easy to speack with them in English... I like the swimming pool...and the best thing that I liked is the location which is close to the shooping mall just 5 min by walk and Forbbiden City or Tianmen Squire just around 10 to 15 min by walk...
When I want to sleep at night its quite noisy by the horn of cars..you can hear it..the internet quite slow somtimes... so try to choose the room not viewed to the street..

Regent in Beijing gave me a fantastic first impression with its fine lobby and spacious rooms. The view from my room was amazing, showcasing the city beautifully. I loved the attentive service from the staff, especially at the concierge desk, who helped me with local reservations and travel arrangements. The gym facilities were great, fully equipped and perfect for a workout. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. I did notice a language barrier with staff outside of the reception area. This made some requests challenging. The shower in my room had fluctuating water temperatures, a bit annoying. These small issues didn't overshadow my stay, but they could use some attention.

great service but limited English skills
The room I stayed in was fine, boasting very nice city views. I appreciated the seamless check-in process and the beautiful decor of the common areas, made for a cute atmosphere. Yina from the concierge deserves special mention. Her recommendations for local dining were spot on.
I found a few communication challenges with some staff members, which slightly limited the experience.
